I had to send a few emails before anyone actually got back to me, which was frustrating. When they finally replied, the answer was short and mostly just felt like they were hiding behind their policy instead of really helping me understand what was going on. The order turned out fine in the end, but the lack of clear communication made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be.

When my order arrived, most of it was exactly what I asked for, so the overall experience was fine. One small item wasn’t what I picked, which wasn’t a big enough issue to ruin the order, but it was still a little frustrating. I’d probably order again, but based on this experience, they could definitely do a better job double-checking the details before sending things out.

I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I was expecting. I was a little frustrated at first, though it wasn’t a huge deal once it came through. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a bit slower than I’d like...

The plants was in great shape when they arrived, and they’re already growing fast. I’m really happy with them so far.

I was trying to pick up a few garden things from kinsmangarden.com, but so many items I clicked on were out of stock. After the first few, my brain kind of went into shortcut mode and I just assumed anything I liked probably wouldn’t be available, which made the whole browsing thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

The site itself was easy to get around, so that part wasn’t the issue. I don’t mind waiting for something to come back in stock, but I wish the availability was clearer earlier on so I didn’t spend time getting interested in stuff I couldn’t actually buy.

I ordered a mix of flower and veggie seeds from Kinsman Garden this spring, and overall I was pleased with how things turned out. The lettuce and zinnias did especially well, which was really exciting to see once they finally started popping up. A few took a little longer than I expected, but they did come through in the end.
One packet was a bit hit-or-miss with germination, so it wasn’t totally perfect. Still, I’m genuinely happy with what grew and it’s been lovely watching the garden fill in. I’d probably order again. 4 stars from me.

I found some good prices for garden things here. It’s worth it overall, even if it’s not cheapest one out there.

My planter showed up safe and sound. The box was sturdy and had about plenty of padding around it, so nothing was cracked or bent. Happy with how it arrived.

My garden didn’t really seem to improve much, some of the plants still had a hard time and the whole setup felt a little more fussy than I expected. Shipping was fine, no big issue there, but for what I paid I thought I’d see better results. It wasn’t awful or anything, just probably not something I’d buy again

Overall it was fine, but the shipping cost was higher than I expected, kind of made me hesitate a bit before checking out.
